Elizabeth Skindelien, LPCC
Elizabeth Skindelien, LPCC is the Founder and Owner of Compass Behavioral Health, where she provides compassionate, client-centered mental health care for individuals across Minnesota through a fully virtual practice.
She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. She has worked extensively in forensic psychology and community mental health, serving clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Elizabeth specializes in trauma-informed therapy and works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, stress-related concerns, and life transitions.
She utilizes evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ACT, TF-CBT, hypnotherapy, and integrative therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. Elizabeth is passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
In addition to clinical work, Elizabeth is deeply passionate about program development, the training and supervision of clinical students entering the mental health field, and educating the public on mental health awareness and wellness. She is committed to expanding access to innovative, high-quality behavioral health services while supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.

Jody Chilton, LGSW
Jody Chilton is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree focused on clinical practice. She has experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, mood concerns, and life transitions.
Jody’s approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. She works to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. Drawing from evidence-based methods, Jody provides individualized care that emphasizes resilience, personal growth, and overall well-being.
In her free time, Jody enjoys creative projects, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.
