Our Team

Jennifer Bergquist MA

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted exactly as you are.

I believe healing happens through authentic connection, compassion, and understanding—not judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you find hope, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach is rooted in empathy and meeting you where you are, because every person’s story deserves to be heard.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the bravest step is simply starting.

Mackenzie Molleda MSW Clinical Intern

I am a Master of Social Work student at Winona State University. I am passionate about providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered care while continuing to grow as a clinician.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

My graduate education has strengthened my understanding of trauma, mental health, clinical assessment, and evidence-based practice, and I look forward to applying these skills while learning from experienced clinicians.

I am especially interested in trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and helping individuals build resilience and achieve their personal goals.
